This is a subject that Crewclass will be focussing on in 2016. There is a lot of incentive at the moment for the Production Industry to take on young apprentices, and this is fine and applauded by Crewclass. But there is an enormous skillbase in mid-life career changers who would like to join our industry, have the practical skills and common-sense maturity that we need, but don’t know how to approach “us”. We need to do something about this. Please reply.
